General return policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, should you not be entirely happy with a product, you will find all the important information about returns below.

Under normal circumstances, we handle warranty and customer service claims strictly according to our policies. We stand fully behind the quality of our products and value our customers' conscious decisions – not impulsive purchases. Therefore, we firmly reject returns without a valid reason.

14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., email).

Conditions for return
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in its undamaged original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) must be provided.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants
  • Hygiene products (e.g. cosmetics)
  • Dangerous goods as well as flammable liquids or gases
  • Items on special offer or vouchers, unless explicitly excluded

Return process
In case of a return, please contact us in advance at info@nannemode.com . After receiving your return request, we will send you a return label and all further information about the process. Please do not return the goods without contacting us first.

Warranty and claims in case of defects
Should a product arrive defective or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will process complaints in accordance with our warranty terms and strive for a quick solution – if necessary, through exchange or repair.

Refund of payment
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please understand that it may take a few days for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

Information on colors, sizes and custom orders

  • Color representation: Due to technical limitations, colors may vary slightly on screens. We strive to provide the most accurate representation possible.
  • Size selection: Please use our size charts before purchasing to find the right fit. If the delivered size differs significantly from the stated measurements, please contact us.
  • Custom-made products: For personalized or individually manufactured products, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, no return or refund is possible, as production has already begun.
